Our fractional staffing approach gives your property access to specialized, high-quality staff and resources that would normally be out of reach for a small site. By sharing team members across multiple properties, we provide on-demand, dedicated support for both maintenance and leasing without burdening your property with full-time payroll costs. On-Site Staff are shared between one or two additional properties, giving you a dedicated resource.
